What sizes do you carry?

Apparel is available in sizes Small through XL. Accessories are one size. Size guides are included on each product page to help you find the right fit.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5–7 business days; expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. For complete details, see our Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

We do. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days. Shipping rates and any applicable duties are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at hello@rafaellauro.com with your order number. Full details are on our Returns page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled securely through Shopify. All major credit cards are accepted, along with PayPal and Apple Pay. Your payment information is processed directly by Shopify and never stored on our servers.
